| Answer: | Training Officers Your access code for the E-Learning website will be emailed upon completion of registration. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. Students Please contact your account manager / training officer for the access code. Agents Please contact us to obtain your access code. If you have already registered for our Agent Area, the access code is the same as your User ID. |

| Answer: | Yes. Once your organization has been registered by the account manager / training officer, other users from the organization can register using the access code provided to them by their account manager / training officer. |
| Question: | How long will my account be active? |
| Answer: | Your account will be active as long as your organization has a valid policy with McNeil & Company, Inc. |
